03rd of March 2008 - bz bz day

tis morning when i reached office, i was shocked to c tat my table is a mess viv atm journals..... boring.... hv to sort thru the mess to fold the journal up d........ pity me..... so i started to look for the tail of journal to start folding while printing report fr the system...... n as i was preparing for the bank to open its door, i saw tat quite a number of senior citizens oredi queueing up at the door.... ah!!!! launching of the Bon Simpanan Merdeka n today is the 1st day tat its up for sales..... last nite oredi xpected a lot of ppl will make their way to the bank for tis but when i woke up tis morning n saw the cloudy weather, i tot otherwise....... but believe or not....... 17 cases in 1 hrs time!!!!!! oredi these ppl kenot wait for their turn n yet the photocopier is not behaving itself....... so frustrated!!!!! then after tat sum more hv to proceed viv normal csr services..... today all customers r very impatient...... one after another viv their complaints....... haih.............. sum more viv one of my officer makes me even crazier...... my table was oredi surrounded by many ppl n suddenly a valued customer sent his office boy to c me n then asked me to do sum transactions for him..... as i went thru his transactions, i realised tat the customer did not sign on the reversed side of the cheque so i called him back n informed to come over n sign later today or tomolo morning n he agreed so i passed all to the counter to process n even inform the teller bout the signature part n reminded her tat its a valued customer so to process n follow up viv signature later........

tis STUPID, IDIOT teller, of all officers, she went to tis DOINK officer n gave me a hell of trouble trying to tell her to proceed viv the transaction n tat the customer will come later to sign....... but tis DOINK officer dun seem to get tis to her brains n kept insisting tat the customer sign b4 processing!!!!!!! i told her tat tis is a valued customer n tat ms voon will allow if she cld jz inform her but tis DOINK kept saying no!!!!!!! WAT THE HECK!!!!! i was frustrated tat i actually shouted at her to jz do the transaction n tat the customer will come n then left the counter for my table n continue my work...... as i was shouting at her, ms voon saw the whole thing n asked tat DOINK to jz proceed viv the transaction or tis valued customer will complain...... then she reminded me to ask the customer to come n sign..... i told her tat the customer oredi promised to come by tomolo latest........ n true enuff to her words, she came jz a few minutes later to sign....... haih........... 1 DOINK, n 1 STUPID IDIOT!!!!! really kek si wa nia..................

after tat, after finishing viv customers, did all balancings n then proceed viv follow up viv the BSM 2008 forms....... fill up til my hand oso painful....... jz today oni oredi RM1M++ d...... not bad ar....... like tat RM2billion very fast sold out d...... previously, its sold out within 2 days!!!! tis time i blieve the same too........ by the finish filling up the checklist its oredi 8.45pm!!!!! haih........... reach home oredi 9.15pm...... bath n eat oredi 9.45pm........... now oni got time to write blog...... then in awhile more, i'm off to bed d..... n tomolo is yet another day..........

now i m praying tat tomolo will b better as compared to today.............. plus, dun noe y suddenly i hv tummyache.............. wonder wat i ate wrong.................
